FRP LINING
We provide customized FRP inner lining from 2mm to 10mm thickness based on your stored chemical, concentration, and temperature. 3-layer to 7-layer system available (Mat + Woven Roving + Chemical Resin). Whether it's acid, alkali, ETP water or DM water, we select the right resin - Iso, Vinyl Ester or Bisphenol - for maximum life.

We provide on-site FRP inner lining for old, leaked, and corroded tanks. Using Iso / Vinyl Ester resin with Mat + Woven Roving, we create a seamless, 100% leak-proof, chemical-resistant layer from 2mm to 10mm thickness as per your requirement. Saves cost of new tank and gives 5-10 years extra life.
MS TANK LINING
We provide specialized FRP lining inside MS / Mild Steel tanks to prevent rusting, corrosion and chemical attack. 3 to 7 layer chemical-resistant lining from 2mm to 10mm thickness creates a seamless, leak-proof barrier inside your MS tank. We use premium quality resin as per your chemical. For HCL and normal chemicals - Isophthalic Resin. For Sulphuric Acid, Nitric Acid and high-temperature chemicals - Vinyl Ester and Bisphenol Resin. Standard lining is 3mm with 2 layers of Chopped Strand Mat and 1 layer of Woven Roving. For heavy-duty chemicals, we do 5mm thick lining with double mat. All linings are done with proper catalyst and hardener for perfect curing.
Our 4-Step On-Site Lining Process:
Step 1: Sand Blasting & Grinding: We clean your tank by grinding and sand blasting to remove rust, dust and oil. This gives strong bonding.
Step 2: Primer Coat: One coat of chemical-resistant primer is applied on the MS surface.
Step 3: FRP Lamination: Layer by layer, fiberglass mat is applied with resin by hand lay-up method. We ensure zero air bubbles and 100% coverage.
Step 4: Top Coat & Testing: Final resin top coat is applied for smooth, glossy, leak-proof finish. After curing, we do spark testing and water testing.
