What is FRP Pipe and Fitting?
FRP Pipe is Fibre Reinforced Plastic pipe with inside PP / PVC / Vinyl Ester lining. It is 100% corrosion proof, light weight, and lasts 15-20 years where MS pipe fails in 6 months.
FRP Fittings are used to connect, turn, branch, and control the flow in FRP ducting and pipeline system. Includes Elbow, Tee, Reducer, Flange, Cap, Damper, Y-Piece, Conical Hood, Square to Round.
All our pipes are made with Isophthalic resin + Fiberglass mat + PP lining for acid proof performance.
Our FRP Pipe Range:
FRP Pipe with Flange: Dia 50mm to 1200mm, Length 1 mtr to 6 mtr, Thickness 3mm to 10mm. Flange drilled as per your requirement. Used for chemical transfer, fume ducting, ETP line. Price starting Rs. 180/kg.
PP FRP Pipe: Inside 3-5mm PP sheet + outside FRP body. Best for HCl, H2SO4, Chrome acid lines. Temp resistance up to 90°C. Most demanded in electroplating plants.
FRP Chemical Pipe: Pure FRP pipe for water, brine, cooling tower line.
